We provide grocery retail, home delivery, corporate catering, event food & beverage supply, and retail consulting services worldwide. All descriptions and pricing are published on our Services page and are subject to availability.

2. Orders & Quotes

All orders must be confirmed by us before they are binding. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse service if products are unavailable or if delivery cannot be fulfilled to the requested location.

3. Payment

Payments are due at the time of booking or delivery unless a credit account has been pre-agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and major debit/credit cards. Prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include applicable where relevant.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or supply-chain delays. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any discrepancies within 24 hours.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or unforeseeable losses.

6. Changes to Terms
