Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. FREE Store Design Consultation

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the appointment will be honoured with no penalty. If you miss the session without notice, you may re-book once at our discretion.

2. Grocery Home Delivery

You may cancel a scheduled delivery and receive a full refund if you notify us before the order has been packed. Once packed, cancellations are eligible for a partial refund of 70% to cover handling and perishable goods. If the delivery arrives damaged or incorrect, we will issue a full refund or replacement at no extra charge.

3. Corporate Catering Setup & Event F&B Supply

• Cancellation 7+ days before the event: full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
• Cancellation 3–6 days before the event: 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 48 hours before the event: no refund (ingredients and labour are committed).

4. Shelf Planning & Merchandising / Weekly Stock Audit

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled visit will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will receive a 50% refund. If we have already begun the work, refunds will be calculated based on the proportion of uncompleted work.
